Arrival Suggestions
We invite you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fully immerse yourself in the relaxation process. Upon arrival, you’re welcome to enjoy our eucalyptus steam room, slip into a comfortable robe and sandals, and indulge in a soothing aromatherapy foot soak. This serene prelude sets the tone for your spa experience and ensures you begin your service feeling refreshed and centered.
Cancellation Policy
We deeply value the time and availability of our service providers. To ensure that we can continue to offer the best experiences to our clients, we’ve implemented the following cancellation policy.
For any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 50% charge will be applied. In the case of a no-show, a 100% charge will be incurred.
As a part of our booking process, we do ask for your credit card information, which will be securely stored. Please rest assured that this information will only be used in accordance with our cancellation policy.
